Christmas & Spring Break 

• half down at time of booking, half 30 days prior to arrival

All Other Times

• 1/2 down at time of booking, 1/2 15 days prior to arrival 

Cleaning Fees a one time cleaning fee of $50 is charged for each property

We accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks.

Change Accommodations: $85.00 fee to change units with in 30 days of  arrival during the Christmas and Spring Break period.

Cancellation Policy

Christmas & Spring Break

• 31 days or more prior to arrival, all of deposit but $50.00 will be refunded.
• 30 days or less prior to arrival forfeits two nights lodging  

All Other Times

• 15 days or more prior to arrival, all of deposit but $50.00 will be refunded
• Within 15 days forfeits two nights.
